I have the same problem. I have formatted the SD card, I download directly to the SD card (via a card reader), the file i get is called XFU0065.DAT, and it is setting in the root directory of the card with no other files there at all. The message I get is Firmware not found in card slot 1 (I am using card slot 1). Nothing in card slot 2).
