I have used a card reader. is MacBook Air PHOTOS compatible with raw files? -
photos taken in raw format in xt 3 using lexar 128 gb card are not transferring to Mac air where as jpeg files are transferring without problem. please help with advise. recently updated to xt3 firmware version 5.

im having a problem with my xt3. whenever I leave the camera with fully charged battery inside, it is going into factory reset once the battery is discharged which happens in 3 to 4 days. otherwise the camera working normally. I would like to know if there is a problem with the camera. I'm advised by the Fuji service to send the camera for service. they did not comment on what could the possible reason. I would like to know from some of you what could the reason. does it contain an internal battery which needs replacement or is could it be some other reason? please help.
