Octoberfalling

Hello! I have my first gig to photograph an outdoor attraction. I have Fujifilm X-T20. The outdoor attraction is a dude ranch. I shoot today and it is sunny. The lens I have: Prime 50mm 16-80mm 1:4 18-55mm 1:2.8-4 My questions: What lens would you use to shoot? What settings would you use? (I have not ventured off AUTO but I would like to shoot RAW and Fine so i have better ways to adjust afterwards.) Any tips or tricks you'd like to share? Thanks in advance for your expert help!
