Well that just makes it too easy

Hi there brilliant people, I'll be in France and Italy most of May. Prior trips were short enough not to require charging in Europe. I expect I'll need to charge on this trip I cannot find conclusive information whether I need a converter or just an adapter for the EU plugs. Anyone know or can point me to the right information? Thanks!
