  1. So here's a question for the technically minded of you. Is there a difference between the print size that can be achieved from a raw file as opposed to a jpeg? The RAF files are so much larger, is it simply that way the data is stored/compressed or will/can it make a difference with the final possible print size?
  2. the two sides of sunset. same beach, same time, opposite ends of the beach. X-T1, XF 35mm, jpegs sooc except for a tiny contrast adjustment.
  3. XT-1 and Pentax 55mm f1.8 wide open this lens produces amazing bokeh but is not particularly sharp so the files benefit from a little more aggressive sharpening than usual and then become quite usable. This image processed from a raw file with only sharpening applied, no other adjustments.
  4. a couple of shots taken with my X-T1 with a 55mm f1.8 pentax super takumar lens attached. I got the lens on ebay for 50$
  5. bank tower, vancouver X100S, raw file processed in iridient developer, converted to B+W in silver efex pro
  6. bus #19 to stanley park X-T1 with a pentax super takumar 55mm f1.8 processed and converted to black and white in iridient developer.
  7. the corner of west georgia and bute in vancouver, bc shot with X-T1 with a pentax super takumar 55mm f1.8 processed and converted to black and white in iridient developer.
  8. I second Leo's Camera on Granville St. Knowledgeable and are usually well stocked with Fuji stuff including accessories.
  9. X-T1 with XF 56mm, converted to B+W in Silver Efex Pro 2
  10. we stopped to take pictures of the stars but in the end the lights from the traffic became the real subject of the photos taken with X-100S
