I just got my x-t200 and that dial changes my F stops or aperture in manual mode for me. The first Dial on the right (heard it called the exposure compensation dial). I am googling about the same and came across this so not really sure. I also can't find a way to set the camera into auto mode. The closest I can see is the P mode.
