I'm contemplating buying a 14mm 2.8 but I'm a back button focuser (can't stand half pressing the shutter for autofocus). Does back button focusing work on the 14mm if you have pulled the focus ring to manual? Or is the best way to do it to leave the focus ring clutch engaged on the 14mm and switch the body to manual?

I had this problem as well. I read in another forum that Deity's "magic handshake" TRRS cable doesn't work on the XT3 so you need to buy a TRS cable and use it instead. Something about the pin spacing in the X-T3 audio jack. Any decent shielded TRS 3.5mm cable should work.
