  1. Classic Chrome emulation Agfachrome CT-18 (60-70's East German version) sometimes known also as ORWO CT-18 emulation
  2. Very Very doubtful Fuji would use Sony or anyone else for their sensor(s). I was a long time EEE doing machine control & robotics high speed high accuracy vision system work. We partnered with Fuji. I can say their engineering and semiconductor (which is after all what our beloved ¨visible light translation ¨sensors are) manufacturing is the finest in the World. Yes, they are part of a partnership R&D project with Oly. just as much of the high resolution sensor tech. for weather satellite - solar corona research is in fact Fuji- Mitsubishi joint development. Ah, also in my past an aerial mapping photographer where Fuji did some wonderful camera-lens work as well as do very advanced SLAR, remote sensitometry, and magnetometer stuff. ;-)
  3. Actually, I really never could or will understand why anyone would want to bother with any software Fuji does not supply? After all they absolutely know their equipment better than ANY external ¨engineer¨ could. I was an E. E. E. for many years (after some years Aerial Mapping photog.) building and installing machine control imaging systems. We partnered with Fuji for those camera-lens systems...........believe me THEY KNOW! But then again I never had any use for adobe even in early UNIX days. ;-)
  4. Okay, point truly taken. However I certainly would not pay anything to have it.
  5. If I'd wanted those toys or needed them I'd have bought a toy camera. Seriously though, I simply could NOT care less if IS is on-board the camera. Even less do I want my optics attached to servo motor dither control algorithms or other software based ¨correction-enhancement¨ gimmicks. Simply allow me to capture what I see, none more, nothing less. But then again I'm an old Aerial Mapping photog. with great dislike for excess tinker toy stuff anyway. ;-)
