Yes - I didn't mention build quality - I don't have an X-H1 to compare but I certainly have no complaints about the X-H2S. Its rock solid and all buttons and dials work exactly as they should - no unnecessary play. It gives every impression it will continue working for years. I haven't yet had need to test the weather sealing but everything fits well together - and in fact the removal of the AF mode switch and dial press switches are only going to improve the overall weather resistance.
As for murkiness - I just haven't seen it - perhaps someone will post some examples so I know what to look out for (and situations where the murkiness will appear)

Understood. There are so many facets to a new camera that it is bound to create much different opinions, especially when it comes to what was added and deleted over prior models.
Glad your enjoying your H2s, that is really what it is all about, enjoying our hobby no matter
what our taste differences.,  Thanks again and regards, GO

Yes, My X-H1 is a great camera.
No need for me to upgrade, stills only shooter makes it even less likely.
There sure are high expectations for the X-H2, however, could be hard to resist.
Sure will be interesting, May right around the corner.

Not arguing with anyone about their preferences, but I love the fully articulating screen and will not buy a Fujifilm camera that doesn't have one. I passed on the recent X-T3 sale because it did not have one.
Viewfinders are the most important item for me and the X-Pro3 is a camera I am looking to buy on sale, after the X-H2 is announced; unless of course it offers one better with the X-H2.  LCD's are awful for anything in my view but reviewing pictures taken.
Smeared scratched LCD screens with those absurd screen protectors, inability to see in strong sunlight, are a joke compared to a real first class viewfinder as on the X-Pro3 and I wish Fujifilm would advance them and place them on more cameras.
No problem however, understanding how others think the opposite.

I could care less how a screen does or doesn't articulate the deal breaker for me will be the rumored cost of $2,500 which is a lot for fixed income folks. I really enjoy my X-H1 and was looking forward to the 2 until i heard the price.

I bought a Samyang 12mm for a week or two ago. A really nice lens, and i'm very happy with it! It performs really great when shooting landscapes, for me the only purpose for this lens.
