Yes.. I've tried multiple cards. I've tried 5 atleast, Sandisk/Lexxar/Samsung 2GB/16GB/8GB/32GB/64GB

My fujifilm XT2 has the firmware 1.35 version, and I couldn't update it to any firmware of the XT2 firmware listed in the fujifilm website. I've tried multiple times as well as downloading in diff regions too... Still having the same error "This firmware is not for this model" though I'm 100% sure that I did the same procedure of firmware updating. This is the first time I encounter this... BTW... I have XE1/Pro1/XH1/XT3/XT2 only this XT2 with this firmware ver 1.35 has this issue, .. I just recently acquired this camera and based on my research, this is a pre production beta firmware.

The SD card is freshly formatted in camera then put in the pc then transfer the firmware file. There is no other files on the card... I'm just guessing that maybe it's bcoz of the Beta 1.35 firmware? It was not on the list of Firmware in fuji website... Maybe it's file name is different or something kind of special instructions? Hahah.. It's just me... I've also tried factory reset then instal the firmware update but still having the same isuue... I don't know what can I do with this... BTW thank you for replying Sir

Yes... Im sure that I've DL the XT2 firmware FWUP0010.DAT file name.. I've also tried multiple older versions from 1.10 / 1.12 /1.20 / 2.00 / 3.00 / 4.00 / 4.01/ and the latest 4.40 The SD card is formated using the camera or PC.... and still not working still saying the same error massage.... I've also tried different regions for the 4.40 (latest) firmware... still the same error message... I just don't know what to do with this...

I have an XT2 and the body firmware version is 1.35... I've downloaded the latest firmware 4.40 for XT2 but there was an error "THIS FIRMWARE IS NOT FOR THIS MODEL. TURN OFF THE CAMERA" I've tried different regions too.. but the error is still the same. Does anybody experience this issue? Is it possible for me to update this on my own?
