  1. And the Viltrox 23mm, F10, 1/180th sec, ISO 160, IS off, etc. Same X-T4 body.
  2. Just saw this, and have very similar problems which in my case can be almost entirely attributable to the Fuji XF 16-80 WS OIR lens. At the wide end, and even with middling F stops (F8-11) / fast shutter speed/ Low ISO/ electronic shutter/ tripod/ auto or manual focus using proper technique, the lens is, or I should say my lens is, extremely soft. Have tried literally every suggestion here, but images sharpness and resolution at the 16mm end remains worse than my android phone, and a lot worse than my old Sony a6000 with a similar range Zeiss/ Sony zoom. The mid- to top- end focal lengths of the lens are fine - very sharp. Maybe an apples and oranges comparison, but my Viltrox 23mm is pleasingly sharp. There is literally no comparison between the two at a somewhat similar focal length. It is the lens, not your technique, or the camera body. Mid day, 16mm, ISO 160, 1/60. F11, IS off, unretouched raw dumped as JPG.
