The camera is not in manual. I can’t focus my camera or take any pictures. It’s just stuck like the picture on the original post.

Hello. I recently bought my XT30 about a year ago. I am now having trouble with the lens connecting. I have tried everything. Taking the lens off, resetting the camera, taking the battery out. Any idea what I can do?? I am so disappointed 😔.
