I have the same problem as described here.
I can connect the camera to the computer and get an imagine in Zoom and Skype. However, Fujifilm's software remains deactivated. As a result of this, it seems, the camera gets very laggy after a few minutes and becomes totally unusable. 
Please, fix this Fujifilm! Making your cameras usable as webcams should be your #1 priority in 2020!
