I can't solve this problem, maybe you can help me: I'm trying to connect the fuji xt3 to a handle with a rec button from SmartRig, which is intended for Sony devices. However, it has a USB c connector and starting from that I tried to adapt it. I used a usb c to usb c cable connected to the port on xt3 - it doesn't work. I tried a 2.5mm jack cable plugged into the remote port (above the SD cards) does not work. Is there a solution? It's very frustrating that I don't use an external device to control rec start / stop - my gimbal, Feyutech ak2000, can't be connected either. Thank you very much!
