Advice, please. When downloading images from my XT3 onto my MacBook Pro, RAW images are not registering. The RAW options are visible on the camera via playback. On the laptop there are corresponding frame graphics for each image, but they are all blank, with the legend "No camera information" & "no lens information" shown. This is happening shooting RAW & Jpeg onto different cards, or both options onto 1 card. I have tried various cards, all freshly formatted, & tried 2 different MACs, & have even reset the camera to factory default, & re-read the manual a dozen times, but still the same result.
The Jpegs are, of course, exceptional quality, but I really do need the RAW option. Would really appreciate advice, before I return the XT3 to the point of purchase.
