  1. Hard to believe it took them that long, but Godox has finally released a firmware update for the X2T-F that is intended to address the freeze issue: http://www.godox.com/EN/InstructionManual/Godox_X2TF_V1.2.zip

  3. Unfortunately not. I'm hoping for a FW update. They just released one for their XPro trigger series.
  4. Yeah, figured out it was some strange issue with the SD card. Didn't work with exFAT format (though the camera otherwise works fine with this format) - manually reformatted the card to FAT32, then it worked. But thanks, anyway! Juno
  5. Anyone else experiencing the problem that the camera rejects the file FWUP0014.DAT provided by Fuji as "broken"? Or better ask the other way around: anyone managed to update X-E3 to FW 1.30? Thanks, junOlive
  6. The response I received from Fuji support was that it very much looks like problems caused by a defective SD card (which I'd personally rather rule out given these Lexar 2000x cards work fantastically in an X-T3). However, I found an interesting post on Facebook where someone reported exactly the same behavior I had observed with my X-T4. In the reported case Fuji support narrowed the cause down to the Godox X2T-F wireless flash transmitter that was mounted to the X-T4. Though not really having tested other scenarios yet, interestingly enough I've been using the same trigger when having the described problems. So maybe its a hot shoe thing. The trigger itself seems to work fine on other Fuji cameras. Has anyone of you guys had mounted something on the hot shoe while experiencing these freezes?
  7. Hi bem, Yes all firmwares are up to date. I strongly suspect firmware 1.03 as the culprid because I haven't had such problems in studio shootings with the X-T4 before. When I tried last time it were about 3-5 shots before the camera froze - repeatedly. Maybe its also worth having a look at temperatures... I'll contact Fuji FPS and will report here when they tell me anything substantial.
  8. Hi there, I have the same (or similar) issue here, camera freezing every now and then and the only solution seems to be to remove the battery. To me it looks like an AF issue and it even seems that it was introduced with one of the FW upgrades 1.02 or 1.03. The error occurs extremely often when I use a remote trigger instead of the shutter button. When taking a picture the camera starts focussing (which by the way takes incredibly long now with the XF 16-55). Then suddenly it stops and the camera behaves like doing a long-time exposure (LED screen turning black, orange status LED on). There are two alternatives to solve this: either remove the batteries (power switch won't turn off the camera) or wait. After a minute or so the lense makes some focussing noises and the camera "comes back". Hate to say this but it seems that Fujifilm's production standards seem to have reached an all-time low...
