I am importing from X100V on a High Sierra iMac with no problems. Are you using Image Capture to import? If so have you checked the destination selection at the bottom left f the window? Make sure you explicitly specify a non-ambiguous folder name (e.g. not documents) so you can be sure of where you're looking afterwards. Also you could use Search to search for a specific filename that you believe you have downloaded.

There's an existing topic 'New X100V owner... battery/charging ?' which looks like it answers the same question. It is annoying that Fuji doesn't include a charger - I had to buy one off eBay and in the meantime charged from an Apple USB charger - which didn't kill my X100V - but I can't give a definitive answer.

I'm using IOS 13.6 and have serious problems. I think the app is just very fragile and can't have been tested much.

I have never seen an app with worse reviews on the Apple app store. So I guess Fuji know. The app has never worked for me for more than a few seconds on my iPhone. And that after maybe 15 attempts at connecting. BUT I recently installed it on my iPad it it works fine!
