Hello, You must : 1. Turn off the Ronin and the X-T4. 2. Connect the USB C cable 3. Turn on the Ronin first (very important). 4. Then switch on the X-T4 I hope it will work for you.

Hello everyone. I have a quick question about the Fujifilm Camera Remote App. When I turn it on, the X-T4 screen turns off. Is there a way to keep this screen active? In fact, I don't need video feedback on my smartphone, I just need to be able to control the X-T4 from my smartphone (rec, shutter speed ...) Is there a way to do this? Is there another more suitable application? (Camera Remote is a really bad application :-)). Thank you.
