  1. Hi Jerryy, Thank you - that helped a lot! I found an independent viewer, my images were colour so then re-installed the DNG converter (12.2.1) and it worked thankfully! Thank you again!
  2. Hi All, I have am new to Fujifilm so the X-T30 is my first and only by a few months. I am still learning my way around the camera and systems (but am loving it so far!). I am having an issue with importing/extracting my photos from my X-T30. Currently files are put through the Adobe DNG coverter so LR can read the .dng files . It was working very well a week ago, then suddenly LR starting only importing n B+W. Since then: _I tried PS - and unfortunately the raw dng files are coming into ACR as B+W also _I have tried other computers as well (both mac and PC and different versions of LR) and they are all coming in as B+W _I have gone through as many resets as I know of - I reset adobe in LR, I reset the x-t30, I installed the latest camera firmware (V1.20), I re-formatted my SD card _I can see that in LR a preset has been applied in the 'Quick Develop' tab, but I can't change it. When I highlight an imported image, it says it is on a 'default' setting (no mention of a B+W setting) however when I un-select the image, the quick develop says I have a B+W preset and when I go into Develop mode, it says I have a monochrome filter applied. All the resets do not change it and they don't revert back to colour. _Help please - I really don't know where to go to next! I still think it is my X-T30 as all of the LR instances and PS kept getting B+W but I have reset my camera and it is still happening! Any assistance you can provide will be definitely appreciated!
  3. Hi All! I'm a newbie to the Fuji series having previously been a film then Nikon DSLR owner. I am also a newbie to this forum as well as getting back into proper photography (read - only ever using my phone) after a intermittent break. I have a number of questions and troubleshooting is one of them so any guidance you can give will be most appreciated!
