I have the same problem. I downloaded and installed, then uninstalled and reinstalled. Re-downloaded, unistalled and reinstalled. Rebooted. Etc. I can't believe that there isn't a topic somewhere that addresses this. This is why camera companies shouldn't be in the software business. No support.
