[Problem connecting Fuji app to x30]

I’ve been running the App with my IPhone 7 without any problems for a few years. A slight blip when the App was updated earlier this year, but I got it working ok. 

I’ve had to replace my iPhone and bought a 10, only to discover I can no longer connect  via Wi-fi.

I can select the Wi-fi camera. I can open the App and select Import then I get the square saying “connecting”.  Then either the camera bombs or the phone due to inactivity. I’ve deleted the App and re-Installed plus switching the iPhone off and back on. 

The manual isn’t very helpful!

Any ideas?
