  1. Hi! Was the cable the one that came with the camera? It could be a faulty cable case. I also have an XT-30 and bought an external charger. I think it's safer.
  2. I have this functionality assigned to another button. At least on my X-T30 (I don't know how it is on the X-T3) pressing this button just activates / deactivates the functionality. The specific configuration for the functionality must already be defined via menu.
  3. Hi! Try turning off memory card recording (page 154 owner's manual).
  4. Hi! I got the book "Fuji X Secrets" to better understand my new X-T30 and the rest of the Fuji X World. This edition does not include the X-T30 but the X-T3 (very similar). It was very useful to me. The author will publish a new book about the X-T30 in December.
  5. It happens also with my X-T30 at 4K. If I change it to FULL HD is not so laggy.
  6. Hello! My name is João, from Portugal. I use my cameras mostly to take pictures when I am in vacation. Some years ago, I had a Canon SLR (film era) and a DSLR but I sold them and bought a Canon PowerShot G15. It is a good camera. I still have it, but taking pictures with a compact camera is not so fanny. Them, some weeks ago, I bought a Fujifilm X-T30 + 18-55mm F2.8-4. That's it, I'm new in the Fuji World! 😊
  7. Although it was a little awkward at first, now I really like the Q Menu. I have 7 base custom profiles (normal, high contrast, black and white, nocturn, etc.) and if I need to change temporarily any parameter, it's easy to do.
  8. I recently bought an X-T30 and couldn't set up the Q-Menu either. Then, after a little searching, I found that to change and save the values of the seven Q-menu profiles we need to go to [IQ] [EDIT/CUSTOM SETTINGS].
