I finally figured it out; in order to adjust this for the first time you must have a flash in the hot shoe. after that, it adjusts without anything in the shoe. this is peculiar enough that it should have been in the manual.

Under the FLASH SETTING/FLASH FUNCTION SETTING/SYNC TERMINAL on my X-T5, I can't switch it from OFF to M SYNC FRONT using the rear thumb wheel. I have uploaded a photo my X-T5 menu showing the screen with OFF, and a photo of my X-T4 on which I can switch it to M SYNC FRONT. I've run out of ideas... any solutions or ideas? About one month ago my X-T4 started acting up. First I started getting a "Turn off the camera and turn on again" screen once in a while (see attached). Now I get it often. Then, the AUTOROTATE PB stopped working. Now the ELECTRONIC LEVEL doesn't function. I've owned half a dozen FujiFilm cameras over the years and never had any problems. Any suggestions, or ideas. I'm completely stumped. Scott

I’ve been using Freeway Pro for years but it doesn’t work with Catalina. Any suggestions for a replacement? I don’t code. Many thanks in advance.
