  1. I have never found so, but have no technical proof to back it up. At present I am using 16Gb - 280GB UHS-II cards in no1 slot (Raw) and a 128GB Extreme Pro card in slot 2 (Jpeg). I have viewing set to card 2 for the greater magnification. Just for interest - Jessops in the UK are still selling the 16Gb - 280GB UHS-II cards at half the price of anybody else (£24), whilst they sell the 32GB for over £80.
  2. Just been tripping round Burma with both my X-T2 and X-T1, both with the metal hand grips. Wouldn't work without them.
  3. A superb replica - Jackie Stewart, who along with the late Chris Amon, drove the car at Brands, said in his autobiography that he thought it was the most beautiful racing car ever designed.
  4. I love the pictures - The most beautiful car ever made. Shame its not the real car !!! Believe it or not - the picture was taken with a 'Fujica 35EE'
  5. I have used the ExpertShield protectors on my Nikon 800 and X-T1 for the past 2 years without problems. I have ordered one for my X-T2, but they are popular and have sold out, told I should get it this week. Their address: http://expertshielduk.com/
  6. I found the same, contacted Irident and they said the program was in development and would be released any day now, when they have finalised the update for both the X-T2 and the new Canon DSLR. If you contact them, they will direct you to a 'Beta version' for the X-T2 which is available now.
  7. Hi Mike Not sure if this is what you want or is just a half measure. 1. Dont press the toggle button in when manipulating it. In this state you only get very small dots on the screen. 2. When you press the toggle in. the hard squared grid appears. 3. To get it back to just the pin dots on screen, press the menu button. Hope that helps
  8. Similar experience - I too played with the camera for a couple of hours with it being more off than on, then took 2 or 3 pics and noticed the battery warning was red. Replaced battery with a fresh new version cell and took around 60 pics. The battery read 80%. I am now leaving it for 48hrs to see if it is discharging whilst the camera is off. As I have said elsewhere, I am going to do back to back test with both the XT1 and XT2 for comparisons on battery usage. I will also be cycling the three new cells I have for their first 5 charges. This is to maximise there ability and prevent them getting a memory, although this shouldn't be a problem, being they are lithium cells. I will also be double charging just to make sure they are at maximum capability to start.
  9. In initial testing I to am finding the base of my X-T2 is getting warm after what I call light work. I have also noted high usage of the battery. I was fortunate to get my hands on pre release models of both the Pro 2 and XT2. The Pro 2 got exceptionally warm/hot, which I commented to the guys from Fuji at the time. The XT2 did not suffer this problem. It was one of the reasons I erred towards the XT2. Over the next week I am going to do back to back tests with both my XT2 and XT1 to compare how warm they get and battery life whilst performing identical tasks.
  10. For those interested Jessops are selling the SanDisk Extreme Pro 16gb SDHC UHS-ll Card for just £24.97. A mistake I think as the cheapest elsewhere is £37.99 and most sell for £54.00 I have just purchased 2
