  1. I have an x-e2 since a couple of days and I have the same experience. I had FW3.0 for about 5min so I can't recall it had the same issue. Under FW 4 is indeed a problem. My x-e1 doesn't have this problem at all. I tried it under the same conditions. Very frustrating as you can't use manual focusing in low light now. I also have a flickering screen in low light but not constant. I loved my x-e1 but can't say the same thing about the 2 version. Edit. I attached an example. This is taken noon inside. If you press the shutter the noise is gone. If you manual focus the noise stays :-( Edit2: it seems the exposure also gots locked during zone or wide tracking. I think this shouldn't be the case right? Should the camera set exposure during the actual photo is being taken?
  2. I hope Fuji Australia is correct and that we see a TILT Screen on the X-E2s.. Fact that it isnt mentioned in the overall overview page does make it is more an error on the page.. but lets hope!
  3. Let's say there is indeed no difference after the last firmware between de X-E2 and the X-E2S.... I would expect Fuji will not update the X-E2 anymore, but will do this for the X-E2S.. Maybe in the same pace as the X-T10? Probably the X-E2S will be made in Thailand too just like the X-T10 (instead of Japan)
  4. Since this update, I don't have any highlights during manual focusing. I already have reset the x-e1 but still no luck. Others seeing the same thing?
  5. To my surprise I do use this lens quite a lot. I really don't see a difference in image quality versus the xf27, xf35 or xf18-55. It is only that the feel is more plastic.
