  1. Another + vote for the Patona batteries. I bought 4 of them for my wife who went trekking in Peru with the X-Pro2. I bought her the portable charger which came with 2 of the "yellow batteries" as well as 2 of the "green batteries". I've used them on both the X-T2 and X-Pro2 with no noticeable difference in performance to the original Fuji batteries. https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B00BBYF3Q0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01DDP9BKI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  4. I've just come across this thread, it looks to me like sensor corrosion and not dust. I had a similar issue with both my Leica M9s and my Monochrome which also had a cracked sensor to top it all (see image below). The give away is the dark spots surrounded by lighter circles, which is what seems to appear in your images as well. It's noticeable in the bottom RH corner of your image #1. I'm taking a wild guess here, maybe that's why Sony stopped making these sensors? Send the camera back to Fuji, even if it's out of warranty, this is not normal. To their credit, Leica repaired all 3 cameras free of charge even though the warranty had expired some years prior. Good luck & best, Mike

  8. Or you can use it and put it through its paces; my M9 has been all over Africa, Antarctica and India with me over the past 7 years. It went to Leica to have the sensor replaced, FOC. While it was there they offered to also replace the top cover at a cost of several hundred Euro. I declined, I figured that they should rather be paying me a premium for my cover plate, seeing that they're using these cover plates on the Lenny Kravitz version, and selling them at a rather inflated price!
  9. Have a look at Artisan & Artist straps, there's a wide variety of adjustable straps. http://www.artisan-n-artist.com/product.php?nid=3 I just purchased the black silk cord for my X-Pro2, finally a camera strap that I really like! http://www.artisan-n-artist.com/product_detail.php?id=115 They're rather pricey, but quality is fantastic.
  10. I purchased a couple of these for the X-Pro2. Easy to fit, perfect size & no air bubbles: http://www.amazon.de/AirGlass-Flexible-Glasfolie-FujiFilm-Schutzfolie/dp/B01BCHL2B0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 They also make one for the X70, also very easy to fit, perfect match for the screen & no effect on using the touch screen: http://www.amazon.de/AirGlass-Flexible-Glasfolie-FujiFilm-Schutzfolie/dp/B01BCHLV7A?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00
  11. I agree. The more I use the ISO dial the more I really like it! I was doing some low light photography this evening, and as others have said here, it gets even better when you adjust the dial and are able to monitor the ISO change in the EVF.
