  1. Thanks for this, an extensive reply! Are you suggesting that toggling information displays on and off is currently possible? I have searched the XT2 manual but cannot find that option.
  2. I would if I knew how, is there a form/link for requesting firmware fixes?
  3. Hi, the sequence I am after is 'Display Image' with no overlay, then 'Display Histogram', followed by the next image (with no overlay), then 'Display Histogram' again. So basically its just the two screens, Image Display, then Histogram. Currently the problem comes when you try to move off the Histogram display, you are forced to cycle through 'Info-1' and 'Info-2' before you get back to the plain image display. You cannot go back from the Histogram to the plain Image display, you have to go forward through the two Information Displays. I am not at all sure if its possible, but it should be a simple firmware fix to allow paging forward and backward through the Display types....
  4. Hi, does anyone know how to switch off or suppress the 'Information 1' and 'Information 2' image display screens? I just want to page through the image and then the histogram playback screens. I dont want to have to page through detailed Image Information and 'Favourites' screens to get back to the image. Its not possible to page back and forth between Image and Histogram without cycling through additional screens. Help!
  5. Hi, anyone with the 80mm macro have any comparison to the 60mm f2.4 Macro? Specifically on its ability to gain focus? I am having no end of trouble with my 60mm in low contrast lighting....
  6. Hi all, X100F is back from repair (free under warranty)and working fine. Shutter count has been reset to zero, so I am guessing that the shutter mechanism has been replaced. All settings are back to factory defaults, so have had to restore all of my settings, but a small price to pay....happy camper again!
  7. Hi, have you tried this Menu>User Setting>Sound & Flash = ON Its the only setting above that I found was necessary in addition to the ones you have in the original post.
  8. Hi all, anyone else getting the sticky aperture blade problem with the X100f? Any known causes cures? About to return my X100f to the Fuji repair centre.....
  9. Hi all, the post from Alan1740 above echoes the problem I have with the Fuji compressed RAF files. Call it waxy detail/worms or whatever, its a definite problem. I am getting to the point where I am about to turn in my Fuji gear. I have had work kicked back because of the waxy look from my XT1 and X100F when shooting against grass/foliage, and had to go re-shoot on Nikon (which was accepted). I have tried Lightroom and On1, but neither seems to be able to cope well with compressed RAF files. Next step is to try uncompressed RAF files, and see where that takes me.
  10. Does anyone use ON1 Camera Raw to process the X100F compressed RAW files? I have downloaded the latest version (11.1.0.3613), and still not able to (a) process the RAW files from my X100F, or ( get a satisfactory response from the ON1 support desk. All help greatly received.
