When I focus I see EL at the bottom left. My focus box doesn’t turn green I wonder if it is related to some setting I’m not aware off.

As a matter of fact it doesn’t turn green period. I tried what you suggested to no avail. Thanks a lot for trying to help. Much appreciated when i focus I get EL at the notion left rather than a green for. Do you know what it means. Tried to google quickly but didn’t find anything useful.

AF focus single point but I tried all other options as well

With my 23mm at 2.0 or a bit higher when I focus on the subject it is blurry while the background is sharp. I’m obviously trying to do exactly the opposite. Any ideas how to fix this?
