  1. Thanks for the reply Milandro, youre right there are many who shoot on continuous, I'm glad to say I'm not one, but yes it's had it's share of work. I'll look into deals for a replacement I think. Cheers
  2. I was afraid of that, it's pretty disheartening, a 2 year old camera should not just die like that. Fuji (UK) quote £140 for the repair, which sadly I can't afford right now, so if anyone has any ideas of other things I could try to breathe life back into my lovely x-pro 1 i'd love to hear!
  3. Hi everyone, got a problem with my x-pro 1 which in the 2 years I've had it has previously worked fine. In the middle of shooting a wedding yesterday my X-Pro 1 clunked during actuation and froze up. At switch on the screen briefly shows the 'sensor cleaning' message then goes blank. Pressing the shutter button, again briefly shows the 'sensor cleaning' message then nothing. I have removed battery and restarted, removed lens, sd card etc and restarted but no change.I have been able to get to the update firmware screen by turning on whilst holding down 'disp/back' and have updated to the latest firmware for both body and lenses (3.7 for body and 3.11 for lenses) still no change.Any help would be appreciated.
