  1. KML it's a strange one, if I upload to Flickr there are no lines, if I open the photo from my iPad album after loading JPEG the lines are there. However, I notice that if I call up the photo from the iPad album and zoom in the lines disappear and when I return it to normal size the lines are no longer there but reappear if I close it down and reopen it. It's not a problem now I know they disappear when sent to someone. It's just I'm on holidays and it's an easy way to upload and send pics through a message.
  2. Love my 16mm, sharp and fantastic in low light, not forgetting its sudo macro capabilities.
  3. OK, this keeps happening. I try to upload jpegs to iPad using one of those Apple card readers that fit into iPad. I just open the standard Apple photo storage that comes with Apple iPad and it changes to import. However, when I upload a photo I gets all horizontal lines down the right side of each photo like a ruler markings? I I upload a RAW file no problem. Anyone had this or know what it is? When I work out how to upload a photo here I will show you what I mean, need to work out how to reduce file size as it states they are to big lol. Just uploaded a test shot to flickr and the lines did not appear. Maybe it's the iPad photo viewer don't like the Fuji jpegs, I just don't know? Tried with different cards but same thing happens. Hope you can help, Lyn
  4. Working my way through using my xt2. Quick question on film simulation bracketing. Do you have to take three different film shots or is there a way to limit it to two shots say B&W and Clasic Chrome? Thank you in advance for any replies. Lyn
  5. No problem, tried it again and it was fine. Not sure what happened the first time.
  6. Hi all, Yesterday I went out to try my new 16mm lens. When I got back I took the card out of slot 2 and put it into iPad card reader for download. When downloaded there were lines like a ruler down one side of each photograph. I have no idea how they got there. I removed photos from the iPad and did the same with card from slot 1 these photos came out perfect. Does anyone know what causes this? Is it RAW v JPEG when downloading to iPad? Many thanks for any replies, Lyn.
  7. Sorry if this is something everyone should know but if you don't ask you don't get answers. I am new to Fuji, just got xt2 with 16 f1.4 and 35 f2. Both these lenses go to f16. Ok, my question is this. From what I have been learning, to get more in focus let's say for landscape use a high fstop number say f22. With that being said is f16 going to give me that larger block of focus or do you just set the lens to Auto to achieve that extra focal distance? Is it a case of set to f16 and focus a set distance into the picture to achieve as much depth of field as possible with these lenses or just manual focus instead of auto focus? Again sorry if this a silly must know question but where better to ask if you don't know. Thank you in advance for any help and replies. Lyn.
