I agree 100% with this. I had a portrait session last week and tried to use the tethering and you literally have to wait a solid 3 seconds for each image to come thru. It can make it awkward for a client when you're just staring at the screen. I love my XT2 but I'm seriously considering purchasing a canon body for some of the tethered work I need.

Anyone know if there's any improvement to speed? The last one took like 3-4 seconds to show on screen

Any clue when FUJIFILM Tether Shooting Plug-in PRO will be available? I hope that it moves more fluid than the current one.

Capture One tethering. The light room version is a complete joke.

They removed the post off of their twitter feed as well. Guess we will be waiting a bit more.

Does anyone have any idea if the tethered shooting will be for Light Room and Capture One or just Light Room? *praying for capture one*

TETHERING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

I don't believe the software for tethering is available yet. It worked for XT1 with LR.

Did anyone else notice with the new promotional GFX 50S videos that Fuji recently put out, the images on the computer were all inside Capture One? I've also read GFX 50S will have tethering capabilities which leads to me to believe there maybe some hope for the XT2! Fuji does a great job listening to the community so every chance I get the chance to stress the importance of tethering capabilities, I do. I'm hoping for a firmware update in the near future. As a studio photographer I'm DYING for Fuji to quickly add this function. Let's keep our fingers crossed!!!

GRIP.

I pray every day for tethering abilities. Preferably thru Capture One. I do believe there is hope for more tethering capabilities in the near future. I noticed with Fuji's latest videos for the GFX that images were being view with Capture One. Now hopefully this means we can see this in the very near future. LR tethering for xt1 was slow and I didn't like having to pay for it.

I'm still a huge fan of Capture One.

I haven't been able to figure it out but also have the plugin. I'm hoping for Capture One tethering in the future.

I'm hoping with the release of the GFX in the near future which DOES have tethering capabilities that we will soon see this with XT2. I have my fingers crossed. In the promo Fuji videos I noticed that Capture One was the software being used to render images which gives me hope that Fuji will soon have some tethering available through capture one! Staying hopeful, If not I will be another fuji fan who uses Nikon/Canon for studio work.
