  1. This is such a pity.... I have handled the camera to the local fujifilm service and I'm waiting for their call. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive. If I have the same problem I would contact Fujifilm directly via email, then print their answer (if they approve the guarantee for this defect as someone in another forum said) and bring it to the repair center.
  2. Thanks for the answer. That is what I intend to do, but since there is no authorised service to the city where I live, I was hoping for a workarround till I bring it to the service
  3. Hi there! I have the same issue. Just happened yesterday and I don't know what to do. I own the camera for 8 months now, still under warranty. Did you solve this problem?
