I use an X-E2 and have a little bit of money to spend.
Currently I've got the 18-55 kit lens, a 55-200 xf, a Pentax Takumar 55 f2, SMC 28 f3.5 and an SMC 135mm f2.
I find myself using the manual focus Pentax Takumar 55mm f2 90% of the time because the depth of field is amazingly fun to work with and I love the way the background looks at large apertures.
What Im looking for is advice on getting a Fuji lens in the sub $400 range that would give me what I get with my $39 Takumar.
Having never used the 35 1.4 or the f2, and them being a bit wider than what Im using now, im at a loss.
Could someone please make a recommendation for me?
Im also about to sell my wife's Nikon D3300 and pick up a used Xpro1 because she hates carrying the Nikon.
My usage: I shoot as a hobby but have done favors for friends and family for years. I'm not doing this for sustenance but do take on odd photo jobs a few times a year. Lighting is 90% ambient.
