  1. The big improvement I expect is in Dynamic range and autofocus accuracy (more than speed for me) that a 3 year younger sensor should deliver. As to touch screen, you can turn it off as I have on my H1 but it seems to be needed in the Marketing Specification wars fought in camera reviews and the blogosphere. We need the fuji ecosystem to thrive to get ongoing development so if it matters to some buyers, Fuji should include it.
  2. then the X-H1 (or X-H2 when it gets the new sensor) should be for you, no?
  3. What would the C be on the exposure compensation dial?
  4. I would like Bluetooth built into the camera and an iPhone app that allows me to view / set all settings on the camera and remotely trigger (one or more) foto's. You could then easily integrate the features of apps like triggertrap but without the inconvenient cable. You could even see app makers provide innovative features in apps if fuji were to open it to developers. Ideally the picture taken would instantly be sent to the iPhone for review allowing pinch-zoom checking of focus, composition, etc This would make it so much easier to shoot on a tri-pod and make numerous bulky often incompatible cables, triggers and apps superfluous. The app could then take care of e.g taking 9 bracked foto's rather than having to rely on it being supported in camera firmware. BTW I say bluetooth and not wifi as I don't want to go through the song and dance as well as the battery drain of turning the camera into a poorly working hotspot as is now the case.
  5. I have a question related to these (non-fuji) METAL lens hoods These appear to screw into the lens using the filter thread. Assuming there is less flex in the metal, if (when) the lens hood take a knock Is there a risk of either the filter thread being damaged or the internal alignment of the lens mechanism being affected? Does anyone have any first hand experience? TX
  6. It is almost permanently attached to my X-T10. I travel a lot on business and the combination is small and gets great results. I don't pixel peep though and don't need large® format prints. For me, its all about capturing the moment/image, less about technical specs.
  7. I left the batteries (body + grip) out of my X-T1 overnight and by the morning all my settings were reset as if I had performed a factory reset. Is this normal? Can it be avoided? tx Michel
  8. A few small suggestions - the ability to customise the name of custom sets. iow change the C1, C2 labels - in addition to the often mentioned increase in bracketed images, to identify them in the filename e.g DSC0034-1, DSC0034-2 - Allow the user to identify which bracketing option was used e.g. in an IPTC field - the ability to set IPTC data of photo's when shooting them. e.g. location, job nr, ... - the ability to backup and restore camera configs and/or allowing them to sync across bodies
