I am on the hunt for an X-t2 and one popped up on the B&H website. The catch is that it is a "gray market" product (aka imported) which does not carry the manufacturer's warranty but B&H warrants the product for one year. Has anyone had any experience with a purchase of this type? Good, bad, or otherwise? Thanks everyone for your reply. I have considered the Rokinon 12mm but am trying to carry less, not more. That and the weight limit on cabin baggage for the trip limits what I can take. (one of the reasons I switched to Fuji - much lighter than my Nikon gear!) I have the XT-1 so I am not sure that in combo with the 10-24 would work as Nero points out.

Has anyone used the 10-24 for astro photography and if so what were the results? I realize f4 isn't considered fast enough for astro but wanted to hear if anyone had any experience with it, Thank you.

Thank you yukosteel and Rico for your replies. I mounted it on the camera as yukosteel suggested and the lens no longer makes the noise.

When I gently move my lens from side to side I can feel something moving inside. (not associated with the zoom) I am hoping current 10-24 lens owners can tell me if their lenses have any movement of parts within the lens. I have two other Fuji lenses and don't have that issue with them. Any feedback on your experience with the 10-24 lens is much appreciated. I have enjoyed reading through these forums and learning from your comments.
