Yes , thanks for the honest replies. I find the idea attractive though in the short run. I think you are right though. It also takes away the pleasure of landscape photography in the long run too.

I've been using the Lexar cards with no issues, but have only had my X-T4 for a few weeks.

I mainly use Lexar and have no problem at all ! Stop promotting only Sandisk in many threads which is not more reliable than Lexar, Proglide, Sony, etc ! Ken Wheeler is not a guru !

You can add highlight alert in the Set Up menu under Screen Setting => Customize the standard display.
It works for stills.

There is any way to create two independent profiles for 4K60 and 1080p120 ? I mean some kind od shortcut to switch beetwen these two profiles via quick menu or something ? I cannot create that 😕 and i have to switch parameters manually, its so annoying

I did have a similar problem with my X-T3 and a rented 90mm f2 lens. I've never had it with my other lenses. I believe, without proof, that the contact connections on lens to camera was at fault. I didn't have the problem after that with any of me lenses. When I returned the lens to rental, Fuji rep couldn't help with the problem either.

Been lurking in the shadows for a bit. Converted from big Canon gear to the X-T1 when it first came out based on a buddies love for his X-E1s and X-E2s and his recent (at the time) conversion from big Canon gear.
Both these are from a new building up on campus at one of our local colleges.

Which ever one does the best job of tracking action. Horse races, dog agility events (unless you have tried, you have no idea how quickly a border collie moves!) and the like. Then I would no longer have a motive for retaining my Nikon.
