Who is having experiences with settings on the Xpro2 with backlight situations? If you work with exposure comp, the background gets overexposed. Thanks for your help!

I am a user of the Xpro2 with 35m 2.0 and the 18-55m and in a lot of cases faces of people are not really sharp. I am using face detect or single focus on the eyes. Does some one has a alternative of similar experience? What kind of settings are you using? All other kind of images (buildings) are very sharp.

How to read it correctly.

Can somebody help me out by using the histogram correctly if the pictures are over- or under exposed according to the histogram? Thanks!

Does somebody has some experience with taking photos in low light of a moving object/person.The trade off is higher iso to create a better shutter time. Or is using a flash an option? The aperture will stay at f2. Thanks for helping me out.

Is somebody having the experience in this field? Sony is launching a lot of new models but their menu's are horrible. My question is if the x trans sensor of Fuji can beat the full frame sharpness of Sony? Thanks for letting me know.
