  1. The only feature I'm really missing is the Auto Mask because that tool is really cool. The danish guys know for years how badly Fuji users need that option but until now they've avoided any communication, which could be misinterpreted as a sign of hope
  2. Of course. As soon a new model is released its successor is showing up at the horizon.
  3. Another example on how wonderful the 56mm F1,4 is suited for landscape photography
  4. Nice impressions. I will visit Riga next week for just 2 days. Do you have some recommendations for a 2 hrs walk in Riga? H
  5. Nice photograph for which I'd like to suggest 3 minor changes: 1) crop the bottom until the horizon line is at 1/3 2) enhance the gradiation (it's a tad too muddy) 3) retouch the post at the middle away because it's distracting H

    A very nice b/w work.
  7. Weather and atmosphere looks like NZ. My daughter just reported minor earthquakes and torrential rain with severe floodings from Dunedin
  8. Did anybody already noticed how Phase One named its brand new medium format system?!?
  9. If your X-Pro1 meets your deeads at large and if you're happy with the OVF I would wait for the X-Pro2. I've bought my X-T1 in New Zealand in order to make better pictures of my grandson. For portraits the X-T1 works much better than the X-Pro1 (IMHO)
  10. Adobe Slate needs getting used to but nevertheless impressive images of a nice landscape.
  11. Work is done. Ready to serve!
  12. Sibirian Tiger, X-T1, XF 50-140mm / F2,8
  13. Laguiole en Aubrac - razor sharp in every respect. X-T1, XF23mm, focus stacking of 10 images
  14. A little bit off topic but you're absolutely right! I really love it. A good reason to start a new thread on things we love
  15. Horses for the courses. There's no replacement for the X-Pro1 w/ XF27mm (or 18mm) combo when discovering the streets of a city. Of course, there are a lot of occasions where the X-T1 is the better choice. I do own both and I like both, too. PS: We don't talk about an upgrade but about two different concepts
  16. Nice picture. Reminds me of an unexpected encounter in Cape Town. When we've opened a drawer in our appartement... (Please allow a non-Fuji-Picture in this context)
  17. Another one from the series "I couldn't resist". My wife says that I should drop it into the waste bin because it's not sharp enough. I wonder if the lack of sharpness is an issue here. What do you think?
  18. What a difference to that ugly giga sized shoe boxes aka cruise ships.
  19. I assume that Prince Harry's grandma will not be amused by her grandson's choice...
