JoseM replied to TeamTarek's topic in General Discussion
RS_Phot and TeamTarek, I have not been successful. I have an iMac running Catalina. Installed the software several times but I still can't see it in any of my conference programs, such as Zoom, etc. -

Trouble Installing Fujifilm X Webcam Software on Mac
JoseM replied to TeamTarek's topic in General Discussion
TeamTarek, were you able to solve this problem? I am having exactly the same situation with my iMac. And it doesn't show as a choice in my Zoom or other conference apps. -
I received the trigger today and can't figure out how to hook it up. Pluto said to order cable for the XT-3, which is the E3 cable. But I can't find where to plug it into the camera. Anyone out there using this setup? Thank you in advance.!

I just happened to have the same problem two days ago with my iMac. I could see my images in my two cameras: a Nikon D750 and Fujifilm XT-3. Never had a problem before. I ended up getting an Insignia USB-SD card reader. I used it for the last two days to import my images into Lightroom with no problem.

careful with XT3 sports mode files + capture one
JoseM replied to mkonrad's topic in RAW conversion Fuji X-Trans Sensor
I had the same issue. This is the response I received from Capture 1: "Supporter Hi Jose, You are doing nothing wrong, as this is unfortunately a software bug. Happens when shooting in cropped sensor sports mode, or using the ES high shutter modes. Regular RAW should not happen on. We apologize for any major inconvenience, and should have this fixed very soon in a future release of Capture One. Kind regards, Phase One Technical Support" -
Lumens, this is interesting. I am having problems with Capture 1 and sent this message: "I am trying Capture 1 and, when I import files into it, the images turn purple, I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I am using a Fujifilm XT-3. Interestingly, when I tried to import a file from my Fujifilm XT-2 the colors are correct. Thank you!" This is the response I received yesterday: " "Supporter Hi Jose, You are doing nothing wrong, as this is unfortunately a software bug. Happens when shooting in cropped sensor sports mode, or using the ES high shutter modes. Regular RAW should not happen on. We apologize for any major inconvenience, and should have this fixed very soon in a future release of Capture One. Kind regards, Phase One Technical Support"

Godox Plans Major Fujifilm Support within May
JoseM replied to Patrick FR's topic in Flash Photography with Fuji X
With the new software update released today from Cactus, for the V6II and RF60X, TTL and HSS are working nicely on my XT-2. Will attempt to see how it works with Godox 360. -
Never mind. With the new software update released today from Cactus, for the V6II and RF60X, TTL and HSS are working nicely on my XT-2.

Tom, I have a Cactus V6 II mounted on the XT-2 and trying to get HSS with a Cactus flash RF60X, with no luck. How are you doing it? Do you use 2 V6II, one on the camera and the other under the RF60X flash?

Adobe Tethered Shooting PRO Plugin for Fujifilm X-T2 Available
JoseM replied to Patrick FR's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
I paid the $79 for the new 1.3 version but is not working for me. It shows as "Acquired" on my Adobe Add-ons page. But have been unable to install it via the Creative Cloud. I can't see it in the Activity Stream or in the Plugin Manager in LR. I am using LR CC version 2015.7. Anyone out there with a successful install? Thank you! -
New Fujifilm X-T2 Firmware ver. 1.10 available
JoseM replied to Patrick FR's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
This new plugin, Tether Shooting Plug-in PRO version 1.3, may be buggy. I paid for the new version, and it shows on "Acquired" on my Adobe Add-ons page. But have been unable to install it either via the Creative Cloud, (it doesn't appear on the activity stream) or via the Adobe Extension Manager. The Extension Manager freezes when trying to install the version 1.3 of the Fujifilm Tether Shooting Plug-in PRO. W -

That did it. Thank you, paddy19!

Yes, very sure. To make sure I am looking at it right now: the selection arrow is on RAW / JPEG. This is why is so puzzling to me.

Thank you, pcmofo!

I appreciate clarification. I am using two cards and have set up via Save Data Setting the RAW/JPEG option. This, as I understand, should record RAW on the first card and JPEG on the second card. But right now I get RAW on both. And on the camera display screen it shows an R under both 1 and 2 cards. What I am doing wrong? Thank you!
