There is NO SUCH THING as a "weather sealed" camera, this is a delusion that is very common out there NO camera is sealed against pervasive weather rather short term INVASIVE weather. A pile of rubber gaskets mitigate SOME water intrusion.............SOME, and ONLY some. it doesnt change humidity intrusion, which is 100 to 1 the top killer of weather destruction of cameras.

you are? I tried it out and found it a despicable miserable lens not worth buying. Ive used and tested all the Fuji X lenses, at $1800 its a laughable joke of a lens

Dont take this the wrong way, but it is a very pedestrian premise to ONLY look at the sharpness or resolution of a lens its like a DRUNK who only looks at alcohol content by % when considering a wine purchase. however that aside, the 16mm is a higher resolving lens than the 14mm has better color saturation, better microcontrast, better overall rendition.

I made the announcement few days ago that i discovered that data for HSS DOES EXIST inside the X-Pro2, its waiting for Fuji to roll out their speedlight bit later this year so, YES, your X-PRO2 is INDEED High Speed Sync capable. -

x-t1 view finder lag in burst mode?
fujiXphotog replied to petergabriel's topic in Fuji X-T1 / Fuji X-T10
I found your problem Youre using mirrorless for birding / action. Dont do that, use a Nikon problem solved -
other than DOF, the F2 35mm is sharper, faster AF, smaller, cheaper............ "sure" doesnt seem like a logical reasoning
-
Ive tested and used ALL of Fuji X lenses, and own 13 of them. only lens im waiting for is the 120mm macro. 16mm is Fujis BEST lens, its stunning, next would be their 35mm F2 for being awesome, cheap, and very useful. etc.
-
Having tested & used ALL Fuji X lenses, the 16mm is their absolute best figures one of the LAST lenses i test turns out to be the best Fuji X lens they have. by "BEST" this ignores personal NEEDS / WANTS.... (wide zooms, portrait lens, tele lenses etc etc). meaning, if you needed / wanted ALL Fuji lenses, which, regardless of its MAIN USE, ....is their BEST LENS
-
Ive tested ALL the Fuji lenses, and own both 35mm lenses, you want the 35mm F2 for several reasons

Using old strobes with X cameras
fujiXphotog replied to milandro's topic in Flash Photography with Fuji X
you can use ANY flash in AUTO mode (95% as good as TTL mode) and M also the NISSIN i40 does both TTL and high speed sync up to 1/4000th on the Fuji XT10 , XT1, Xpro2
