  1. Wishful Firmware Request Updates: 1. Allow "Viewfinder Mode only" to use "Menu setting" on the Main LCD Display and not in the Viewfinder. It's too tiny to do all that. I understand there is eye sensor mode but, I dont need the Main LCD to always be running when my eye is away from the viewfinder to save batteries. 2. The option to turn off the "Blinking read LED light." Ricoh Digital GR II allows to have this option and I LOVED it!. It allowed me to take photos in dark places without giving away my position or attracting attention. Good useful for Street. 3. Whenever you turn on the camera or wake it from sleep mode the photos are super over exposed when you take a quick snap after turning it on. Currently, I would let the camera warm up when I turn it on but this defeats the purpose of quick on time if you still have to wait. 4. Why is the min ISO 200 when in auto ? Please give it the option to set min to ISO 100 for auto Range.
  2. Yes, it's normal it can get a bit warm at the bottom plate and near the viewfinder too. I have the Xpro1 as well and to compare- The xpro1 was never warm. Only the xpro2. It's weird but I guess i'll deal with it because I love the camera but I just hope there are no long term issues to a burn out or over heating. Nonetheless Fuji! That does not mean your customers should have to live with this. Perhaps optimize the CPU to not get as well or whatever is causing the warmth thanks in advance!
  3. OMG thank you so much!!! Yes, you are right it was on zone/wide. I see it now when it's on Single Whew!! So happy!!!
  4. Getting pretty sad here : ( I'm having issue with getting the hybrid viewfinder working. When I switch to OVF- The tiny EVF doesnt pop up anymore when I push in the lever. Moreover, my Film Bracket is grayed out that is not selectable to pick. I am now past the 30 days for a return. Sigh. Anyone else with the same problems?
  5. It's still too early right now I think. I havent gotten the chance to really play with the camera since the update. I'm sure we will get more feed back later this coming weekend. Hopefully there are no problems. :\
  6. I felt the same way while shooting/testing xPro2 + 35F2.0 and 35F1.4. There was too much hype about the AF- While it does perform great outdoor/bright lights but indoor/or low lights the AF is constantly hunting. I have the illuminator off so it doesn't distract my subjects and I set my mode to be performance high. This helps a bit but still not as impressed as I hope it can be. My Leica Q does a better job in low light and it's blazing fast and sharp. Let's hope they can fix this via firmware update via optimization of the software. Regardless, I am happy with the camera because it meets my main needs, "small/discreet, ideal for streetphoto, quiet shutter when set to E-shutter, weather sealed (The Leica Q wasn't), Retro designs, great IQ off the jpegs and near canon-like support/service (Canon support is like Apple when you need them love it! ) . : )
  7. Yes, my hands were sweating as well and the camera got slippery. I hope the firmware will optimize it!
  8. I have this same issue as well. I love the camera but the devil is in the details.
  9. OMG I thought I was the only one. I even set it to high performance as well and it seems pretty darn slow in the AF with just office type lights. Photos tend to blur as well whent he subject is not really move that fast I honestly think its a bug : ( Anyone else with the same issue?
  10. Yea me too so far. What I love to also see is to add the Card Slots to the function short cut. So I can toggle which cards I wanna use quickly as I shoot the groom and the bride. It'll just be nice.
  11. Right and I get that, however it would be ergonomically nice to have it where you can edit the settings from the LCD and not from the EVF to be efficient. I like to keep my LCD off and EVF on but if need to make a change I can simply click on the Menu to make the changes via LCD. please fujifilm if you are reading this make this happen on the next firmware update! This will help save batteries, less eye strain, and easier to make changes to constantly switch view modes from EVF to LCD to make menu changes. Thanks in advance and you too Alf!
  12. So when you set to EVF mode only. Are make changes on the main LCD for settings? while still in EVF ? Or you can only make the setting changes within EVF mode when set to EVF mode only ?
  13. Yep, I am having the same issue as well. I've noticed this happens whenever I remove the battery out. I also really wish when you're in EVF view only that I can still make changes of the settings via the LCD and not within the EVF. I hope I did not make a mistake with this purchase : \
