I've taken the same picture with an old 50mm with lens turbo and the bokeh is smooth without this glow ghost effect, so I guess the sensor is clean and the problem is on the XF35mm f2. For what I've seen it's a normal thing in the lens, but people won't notice unless really close up pictures with high contrast white and black patterns in the bokeh.
I really hope Fuji to fix this on the upcoming XF23mm f2, because that's going to be my general propouse lens, and I'll use MDF a lot, specially if it is as short as on the X100 series.
