OP has told us that he was judging sharpness on the raw, which, as he probably didn’t know, it is visualized (since RAW can’t) by a low resolution jpg embedded in the raw image.

Don’t you love it when people don’t read the previous posts -
When I saw thins I kept on thinking that it must have been a prank of some sort. Turns out it is not. It is just the symptom of how stupid technology can get. This is a phone app that turns your phone into a disposable camera look alike. If nothing else digital photography has made it immediate ( although some folks still feel the need to shoot Polaroid or Fujifilm instant). We can all watch the image on the screen and pretty immediately get it on a tablet or computer. Not with Gudak! You have to wait 3 days before you can see the pictures. A bad picture, of course, as you would shoot with one of these disposable cameras. There is something rotten in Korea (where the Gudak is from)

I am not sure what you mean ...

So maybe this will be the first camera with a phone, after many phones with a camera!

alternatively if one doesn’t like rumors, don’t follow a rumors’ forum I mean it says there will be rumors in the title, right?

well, I suppose that we, as guest users of the forum should allow the owner of this place to be posting whatever he wants when he wants.

Maybe this will be a camera that you can instruct to go out on her own and take pictures for you ideal for deniability. " I have no Idea your honor it was the camera own initiative "
-
precisely It would have to be a giant leap for the photographic mankind to make me buy a new camera but I suspect that it will be just a small step ( few tweaks here and there). The opposite of what happened here

Help! How to Remove Small Scratch from Rear LCD
milandro replied to TopDownDriver's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
As far as I know the LCD screen is not made of glass -
Let’s hope it is not a pointless S like the one that went to the X-E2S, a camera which very few bothered to buy
-
of course the camera sharpens the jpg (by how much depends on your settings). Anyway, when you look at RAF file you are looking at the embedded jpeg contained in it because you can’t see the RAW so you are looking at a very low resolution image.

Help! How to Remove Small Scratch from Rear LCD

these days there are some types of toothpaste which are absolutely useless for this purpose, they are the ones which contain enamel protecting agents. Because I am a diver I know that toothpaste is recommended to remove the protective silicone layer on the glass of diving masks and also all diving shops will tell you that some toothpaste will be useless for this purpose. Anyway, the right toothpaste (traditional old fashioned one) will help but it will take a long more time that auto lacquer cleaner. -
there are already comparative threads ( the search function would have revealed them) http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/3791-35mm-f2-vs-35mm-f14-after-firmware/ http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/3232-35mm-f20-or-f14-never-mind-the-noise-or-speed/ http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/2030-xf-35mm-14-vs-xf-35mm-f2-is-low-light-that-much-more-noticeable/ http://www.fuji-x-forum.com/topic/4272-35-f2-35-f14-or-60-f24-for-portraituregeneral/ the amount of people who own both lenses is, thank the rationality g-ds, very very small.

Help! How to Remove Small Scratch from Rear LCD
milandro replied to TopDownDriver's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
if it is glass a plastic cleaner wouldn’t do anything to it. Glass is harder than plastic. Only very strong acids can etch glass and a product made to be used on a car lacquer to take away scratches is, of course, safe to be spilling on glass since cars have plenty of glass parts adjacent to metal ones. -

the best way is to accept it and don’t obsess about it, if you really want to try to remove it there are numerous products meant to polish scratches off plastic something like this should work -

It is not unusual, even for me, to hang on to things for reasons that aren’t logic, but my sister has a rule of thumb about clothes that works with many other things too, if you haven’t used for a period of time it is time to get rid of it ( she is saying 3 years for clothes, but for camera things, one year is way more than a good ndication that you aren’t using something...). If you can afford keeping a lens that you have very little use for... why not? After all we have all seen people having cameras that they don’t use (or buying a new one for any other than they can afford it) and owning all the lenses possible and impossible, some even in multiple versions for reason best know to themselves. Erich Fromm wrote a great essay of the antinomy “ to have or to be?” both are used by humans to establish the fact that we exist in which he proposes that the sense of “ self” is linked for many to owning things. I am not saying it is wrong, it is what it is. On the other hand if you calculate how many times you’ve used it and how much it would have costed you renting the lens for the very few times that you’ve used it, as opposed than immobilizing the investment, you’ll probably find that you are keeping a depreciating capital in a drawer instead of the money in your pocket. Last time I checked I had many uses for €1000 and renting would cost €25 or thereabouts a day.
