I just use #6 stainless steel split rings.  They are small, and strong, and work flawlessly for my Peak Design straps.

Before I turned to a combination of Peak Design and Black Rapid straps, I used to use Domke's 'Gripper Strap with Swivel Quick Release' with my X-T1s. Never had a problem with the swivels scratching the camera, though you'll have to watch how you position the strap when you stuff the camera into your bag - as long as it's brought to the front of the body and not resting against the LCD, it'll be fine. 

rings are nice ( and Fuji provides also a free set next to the triangles ) , but they are murder to put in and out onto the camera. If I understand what OP wants he wants a system to quickly put a strap on and take it off at will

Are you sure you want to use something as crude a system as swivel trigger clips?
 
Putting metal onto metal ( unless you want to risk  plastic) will certainly scratch your camera.
