Thanks for all the feedback. Lot's of things to consider and also alternative ideas. All my considerations have start from one thing: sometimes I feel I need a wider view than 14mm. Hence the decisions to search the market for a good wider option. Maybe I should really try the Samyang 12mm first. I has an interesting price of €300 and it sound like a terrific value for the money. So the masterplan just changed (again ): sell the 18 and get the 12 Samyang. And if I still miss it wider, then the 10-24 will be on my radar again in a few weeks/months.

I think I'm getting closer http://www.fujirumors.com/x-t10-eu-price-correction-its-chf-and-not-e-849-for-the-kit-most-eu-countries-will-sell-body-for-e699-and-kit-for-e799/ I mixed up CHF with EUR.

Little but important Correction... the X-T10 kit price is of CHF 849 and not € 849. The kit will sell for €799 in Europe (with possible changes according to the country). Body for €699. http://www.fujirumors.com/x-t10-eu-price-correction-its-chf-and-not-e-849-for-the-kit-most-eu-countries-will-sell-body-for-e699-and-kit-for-e799/

Ture, that's why I said in the rumor, that the price can differ from country to country in Europe... but it shouldn't be to far off from this rumored pirce (+/- €50 I think) Since the $ / € conversion for electronic gear is often 1:1, and the X-T10 with 16-50 will cost $899 in USA, I guess that it could cost €899 in Europe (instead of €849).

I don't think it's possible. You have to send it to your Smartphone/Tablet first, edit it there, and then send it to the printer.

So the price for the X-T10 kit won't be of €849 in Europe?

Ok, thanks for the feedback and the links. here are my thoughts so far: I'd need the 10-24 especially for shooting at the wider end. For the long end, I have 2 other lenses covering it (23, 18-55), So I don't care if the 10-24 is not a great performer at 24. Between the 18mm and 14mm I'm tempted to keep the 18mm. It's optically not as good as the 10-24, but it's a compact lens (and faster). The 14mm is a great lens, and faster than the 10-24, but the 10-24 has OIS, so I often won't really miss the one stop advantage of the prime (I'll mainly use it for landscape). So I basically decided to: 1) buy the 10-24 and 2) sell the 14mm Now thinking to keep or sell the 18mm. Maybe I'll keep it, and set this rule: if I don't use it during the summer holidays, I'll sell it in September.

Ok... I'm just about to take a decision. Since there are never good X-deals where I live (damn!), and I'm lusting after the 10-24 since it has been launched, I'm thinking to sell the 18mm and 14mm in order to get the XF 10-24, which is still expensive here (about €1000). I'll make my decision very soon (early next week) Do you think it makes sense to sell 2 primes (18 and 14) to get the 10-24? Or should I keep at least one between the 18 and 14? Which one? Sell them both? Decisions.. decisions

This is a very cool tool! I used it a lot during my travel in Cambodia for the fair trade X-shirts Just a tip: the printed Images tend to be a bit overexposed sometimes. I generally slightly underexpose the image in the internal RAW converter and then print it for the people This is just one of the many shots I was able to snatch, with the promise of a little print. She was really looking forward to get it P.S.: Enjoy your travel in Indonesia

It's from a new source, but it seems that the price of the X-T10 kit (16-50 II) will be of €849 in Europe. More here: http://www.fujirumors.com/fuji-x-t10-will-cost-e849-in-europe-30-cheaper-than-x-t1-new-source/

It comes from a trusted soruce, so 100% correct: the XF 90mm will weight 540g, a minimum focus disance of 0.6. Size: 75mm x105mm. and according to digicame-info, the price should be of 118.000 Yen ($989) Digicame-info also leaked size & weight of the X-T10: 118.4mm x 82.8mm x 40.8mm and the Weight 381g Read the full list on FujiRumors: http://www.fujirumors.com/more-specs-about-the-xf-90mm-fuji-x-t10/

XT-1 Firmware Should go to Xpro-1 too
Patrick FR replied to EduFierro's topic in Fuji X-Pro 1 / Fuji X-Pro 2 / Fuji X-Pro 3
I'm afraid that this is not possible, for technical limits (slower processor, no phase detection pixels...) and, as other said, the X-PRO2 is long rumored to come within this year. So I guess Fuji will pack all these sweet new features in the X-PRO2... and maybe, thanks to the rumored EXR III processor, it should work even better! -
My favorite travel photo backpack

I once wrote a series of "Bags for you X" articles, with a wide selection of mostly vintage bags, but also backpacks. Some include also polls where you can vote your favorite bag. http://www.fujirumors.com/bags-for-your-x/ http://www.fujirumors.com/bags-for-your-x-part-ii/ http://www.fujirumors.com/perfect-travel-backpack-mindshift-rotation180-panorama/ http://www.fujirumors.com/bags-x-part-iv-camslinger-mirrorless-heroes/ -
