  1. Ok guys, i THINK i've tried everything, but please help me. I'd like to use my x-t200 as webcam and record with OBS. Everything works fine, but the camera just CAN'T focus. As it's always trying to find focus - focusing in and focusing out. I have tried every option i could think of, from switching to manual, to all the options autofocus offers. Inspite of switching to manual, the camera is still trying to find the focus. What am i doing wrong ? Please help a newbie.

    FILM SIMULATIONS

This has been discussed quite a bit, but I don't understand why "it seems" that certain simulations are reserved for certain cameras? If there are film simulations that rely on processing power, then why different cameras with the same guts don't all get the same sims is strange. Ex: The X-T4 is a different beast than the X-T3. Better battery, bigger grip, swivel screen, IBIS, better shutter, etc. So Fuji thinks the deciding factor between those two cameras is 1 film sim? Fuji should make all film simulations available for all of their cameras and let that be something that attracts people to the Fuji ecosystem and not just certain cameras within it.

    Fuji xs10 silver??

When Take Kayo was asked during his last live stream why there is no silver version of X-S10 he answered that it's for the same reason X-H1 doesn't have silver version as well. Both cameras are just plain ugly and black color helps to hide it to some degree. (min. 54 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id3OPVAaCmE ). That was a joke though.

  11. Provia is indeed the most standard film simulation of all. When you use that as a starting point and create a custom profile dialing down all highlight, shadow and color settings to -1 or -2 you get a very flat profile in jpegs. You can also set the screen to 'Natural Live View' in the Setup>Screen Setting menu (switch it to ON). That way it will not display film simulations on screen (just monochrome and sepia when selected). Note that when you select a film simulation (any) that information is also stored in the RAW file. Some RAW-convertors use that for display purposes when importing the RAW file. You can easily bypass that by selecting the required ICC profile and curve. In Capture One by default the RAW image will be displayed using the selected film simulation (camera specific ICC profile and curve on AUTO). When you want to see the pure RAW image in Capture One you should select LINEAR as a curve, You can default this in the import dialogue.
