Hey Guys,

I managed to get my hands on one of the GFX samples, and put together a short YouTube video and some samples on my blog:

Thanks. I am interested in this camera. I am looking forward to seeing it emerge.

What RAW converter did you use if any. My copies of LR, ACR and Fuji's RAW Converter 2.0 won't open the RAF files. Nice shots.

I bet those are all jpeg files as RAW has not been implemented for demo purposes as far as I know.

Unless there is a delay announced later today or tomorrow, or Fuji updates their RAW Converter 2.0 on their website, our preorders will ship without RAW support. I'll have to cancel until there is RAW support.

All I've had access to is the jpg's so far. Lightroom support should be coming soon (Adobe RAW was announced today) but everything I've shown is an edited jpg.

Cheers

Compressed RAWs are working fine with Lightroom 6.9 now. I installed it this morning and was able to load compressed and uncompressed RAWs of my GFX. With compressed RAW support, it's much more convenient when on tour with limited hard disk space.

With todays SSD's one can take a backup device with 1TB the size of a credit card for $400+. I use this along with my Phase and even on a 3 week trip shooting every day I have never come close to filling it up with huge uncompressed files.
