I paid the $79 for the new 1.3 version but is not working for me.  It shows as "Acquired" on my Adobe Add-ons page. But have been unable to install it via the Creative Cloud. I can't see it in the Activity Stream or in the Plugin Manager in LR. I am using LR CC version 2015.7.  Anyone out there with a successful install? Thank you!

I'm using the old version and it works fine on my Mac. Although, I've been hearing reports of not working for certain people. It looks like they have a lot of bugs to fix.

As for speed, I haven't done a scientific comparison, but it does seem faster. It should since it's using USB 3.0 (X-T2) instead of USB 2.0 (X-T1). Granted, the file size is bigger, but it does seem faster. When I have time, I might do some informal tests with both cameras and see if it is faster or the same.

Need some help wading thru all the talk on tethering my X-T2.  Looking to get hooked up. I don't have any previous Fuji/Adobe software for my PC. I did not get the HS-V5 for Windows previously.  I want to get to the live view on the PC with camera controls. What is the way to get there from scratch and with the least amount of headache?

So just an update. I got to use tethering, with the old version, using my X-T2 at a real shoot with a client. It's still clunky as ever.

The speed is still slow. In a real life scenario, it doesn't feel any faster than X-T1.

There is a bug with the tethering software recognizing the X-T2 when the camera sleeps or if you turn it off (This also happened with X-T1). You need to restart the tethering software OR even restart Lightroom. To be safe, between sets, you have to close the tether software and restart it when you're ready to shoot again. This is pretty annoying and needs to be fixed by either Adobe or Fuji. I don't know if the new PRO software will fix that.

So it's the same as the X-T1. It's still a pain, and it's unstable. But it's there if you need it.

I agree 100% with this. I had a portrait session last week and tried to use the tethering and you literally have to wait a solid 3 seconds for each image to come thru. It can make it awkward for a client when you're just staring at the screen. I love my XT2 but I'm seriously considering purchasing a canon body for some of the tethered work I need.

Yeah. I thought about getting the Nikon d810 when I started to need tethering. I'm also considering the Sony A7rii. They both work with Capture One and might be a better solution if one needs tethering more.

Tethering with the X-T1/X-T2 is ok. You need someone to act like a digital tech to watch the photos come in as you just shoot away. I wouldn't wait on anything except at the beginning to check your exposure and other settings.

Hi there,

Apologies for bumping this thread, but its one of the only ones I've found on the net about the new Fuji Pro Lightroom plugin.

I've been trying to work out if it will be possible to do time lapse photos while using the 'Live View'/PC mode. I saw a demonstration video on Youtube which showed a sub menu for 'automated shooting' - is anyone that has purchased the software able to confirm what this feature does, and whether it can be used to set up interval shooting?

Tried contacting Fuji but they didn't seem to know (!)

I slightly object to paying for this since most software already allows Cameras to shoot live view etc at no additional cost (even cheap canon's/nikon's) with faster file transfer speeds to boot, but could just about stomach it if this functionality is there.

Many thanks,

Will
