X-Pro2 firmware update Ver1.02

Recommended Posts

I tried updating firmware from ver. 1.01 to 1.02. The firmware was put on numerous cards and I always get the following error message: Firmware not found in card slot 1. Turn off camera. Any suggestions why this doesn't work. Cards correctly formatted and firmware is 1.02 for X-pro2

The only thing I can think of is to make sure you deleted the previous firmware download file before downloading the current one. If you didn't do that, your computer will append a "-1" or something to the current firmware and the camera won't recognize it.

Yes removing old firmware on the computer solved the problem. Thanks.

Getting the exact same error; tried different cards, switching the slot, removing and re-adding the file. Have checked the filename, checked for other copies... all to no avail. Anyone else had this? I did manage to do a camera firmware update a few weeks back, so I know the process has worked. This time I'm trying to update the firmware on my 90mm Flat 2. Body is 1.02 lens is 1.00.

that worked for, and delete firmware from SD card and your destination where the file is downloaded from.

This is the equivalent of 43 minutes, 40 seconds of exposure. NGC 1502 is a neat little cluster located in the Camelopardalis Constellation. This region of space was thought to be fairly empty by early astronomers, but as you can see, there is a lot there. Kemble's Cascade (a.k.a. Kemble 1) is named for Father Lucian Kemble, a Canadian Franciscan friar who wrote about it to Walter Scott Houston, an author for the Sky And Telescope magazine. Houston named the asterism for Fr. Kemble and the name "stuck". NGC 1501 is the Oyster Nebula. A longer focal length telescope is needed to bring this one into good viewing range, but it is well worth the effort. • Looking for input; there are some decent deals and might want to take advantage to expand my lenses for my 100s already own: 110/2 32-64 35-70 100-200 + TC   Shooting mostly family shots, bringing my kit to capture family outings indoors and out. Tracking the 63/43 effective FLs on the two, but has anybody used both? Would the 55 (covered by two zooms right now) be redundant? Would the 80 be too similar in character to my 110 for portraiture?
