Color behaviour of X-E1 files in Capture One 9

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

I am new to the the forum, so hello to all the members here.

I am also new to Fuji stuff and digital photography in general so I try to learn. Forum like yours are really useful for people like me.

I have a question for Fuji E1 users and I believe this is the best place where to find them.

I have bought second hand a nice X-E1 as a spare body but I have noticed that sometimes the files from E1 look strange in Capture One. Compared to the rendering in Iridient Developer and Silky Pix I find color is all over the places and I could not correct it in a satisfactory way (I am not that good with digital development ).

I know that every RAW converter treats the files in a different way, but I don't notice that big difference for my X-T1 files.

Is there something between E1 files and Capture One that I should know?

Here you have an example of what I mean. Image from left to wright: Capture One, ID, SP.
